The Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC) is looking for feedback on a new approach to adding directors.
Currently changes to the Vehicle Operator Licensing system are treated as an application that requires the user to complete an online variation.
However, the OTC is looking to improve the design and move towards the changes being a transaction.
The change will still receive the same scrutiny by the OTC but it is hoping to improve the user experience.
It will be particularly useful to operators who have recently made a change to company directors or are planning to do so in the not too distant future.
The OTC is seeking views on the design and process including the new design and the process.
