Minis to Midis – the Doncaster-based importer of Noone-supplied Turas range and Otokar Navigo T – suddenly stopped trading and went into voluntary administration on 1 August.
The company’s affairs are being handled by Adrian Graham at Sheffield-based insolvency and recovery specialist Graywoods.
As routeone closed for press, Graywoods declined to comment, but said that a statement would be released later this week.
Founded by the late Alan White and jointly owned with his wife Kathryn, the Minis to Midis business operated from leased premises, and held exclusive sole UK rights with Noone to distribute its range.
After the death of Mr White in January, his wife became the sole remaining director.
The business is understood to have a number of customers’ vehicles poised to be delivered, but there had been no external indication about the likely sudden change in its circumstances.
Minis to Midis was founded in 2004, and expanded rapidly after the closure of Esker in 2009. Through his Alan White Coach Sales business, Mr White had become the UK sales agent for Esker.
