In a change to recent London tender rounds, almost half of the latest results sees the requirement for new Euro 6 hybrid ‘deckers, with CT Plus and Stagecoach the operators.

Around 50 new buses are expected to cover a PVR of 41 on routes 20 (CT Plus, was Go-Ahead), 54, 75 and 96 (Stagecoach, all retained).

The rest of the new contracts (PVR 58) for 11 routes use older diesel buses to be upgraded to Euro 6.
