NK Holidays of Sittingbourne is approaching its fifth anniversary in July with the arrival of a new Mercedes-Benz Tourismo M/3 coach, which was promptly registered with a 25-plate mark in readiness for 1 March. It has been supplied by Daimler Buses UK.
The 13m tri-axle seats 48 and is a second Tourismo for the operator in recent months, following hot on the heels an example delivered in late 2024. Both carry suitable cherished registration marks and are finished in the Kent operator’s two-tone blue livery.
Delivery of two new coaches in rapid succession “underscores NK Holidays’ dedication to delivering a premium, locally focused service,” the operator says.
Adds Director Steve Mason: “This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to providing our local community with the best possible travel experience. The arrival of this coach… is a testament to our growth and the support we have received from our loyal customers over the past five years.”
After founding in July 2020, NK Holidays successfully negotiated the pandemic challenges to gain a trusted name in coach travel in the Swale and Medway area, it says.
As part of the five-year celebrations, it will be offering promotions and giveaways to customers throughout the summer, including birthday chocolate for its loyal customers.
In the longer-term, the operator says it is dedicated to further expanding its offerings by exploring new destinations and enhancing customer service.
The latest arrival carries its customers in Luxline upholstery. Each position has deep padding and aisle seats have lateral adjustment. Twin fridges are fitted along with a servery and a host of safety systems, as are standard on the Tourismo.
