routeone award-winner, Surrey-based Passenger Plus, has appointed Pride and Joy as its uniform supplier.

The Chesterfield-based specialist coach and bus outfitters has delivered a smart new branded uniform for 38 drivers, while streamlining the ordering process.

“As coach company to blue chip financial and pharmaceutical companies, we have to adopt a corporate approach to our uniform,” says Passenger Plus MD Mark Drury.

“Pride and Joy really understands the requirements of the coach driver uniform, in terms of both fit, durability and the need to have an easy ordering process that gets the right garments to the right drivers.

“We’ve moved from what used to be a painful process of ordering different products from different suppliers, with the problems associated with colour matching and logo embroidery; to Pride and Joy’s really easy sizing and ordering system, guaranteed product availability, top quality embroidery and personal service from someone who really cares,” concludes Mark.

Says Pride and Joy MD Jane Phillips: “We are delighted to be dressing another award-winning coach company and especially one with such a strong brand.

“It is important to invest in corporate identity, it ties together brand values and puts a very professional image across to the customer.   It is now considered an essential part of the customer experience.”

The new uniform comprises a high-quality corporate shirt/blouse that fits and washes well, set off with a bespoke woven tie branded using embroidery.

Knitwear, in the form of a jumper and tank top, plus a Regatta coat, completes the look and is a practical outfit for all weathers.
