RMT members staged a one-day strike at RATP Dev London’s Quality Line depot, Epsom, Surrey on Monday (4 December).
They are protesting that the union is not recognised by the company. Its membership at the depot falls below the legal threshold for formal recognition.
RMT General Secretary Mick Cash describes the non-recognition as an “appalling breach of fundamental human rights.”
