Stagecoach drivers raise over £26,000

Drivers from Stagecoach North East have raised £26,500 for charity, by dressing as Santa Claus while on driving duties.

Based at depots in South Shields, Newcastle, Sunderland, Hartlepool and Teesside, the drivers raised money for ten different charities across the region.

Sunderland driver Oz McCormack, says: “The charities were chosen by the employees and offer much needed support in our local community, we are very proud to have helped them in this way.”
