Stephen Fidler moves on

After more than two years as Head of Buses & Taxis at the Department for Transport (DfT), civil servant Stephen Fidler has moved to a new role (see Westminster, p27).

He becomes Deputy Director, Road Investment Strategy Client at the DfT.

Catriona Henderson, previously Deputy Head of the Joint Air Quality Unit

He is replaced by Catriona Henderson, previously Deputy Head of the Joint Air Quality Unit – a combined DfT/Defra body.

She has been at the DfT since 2008 when she joined as a Policy Officer, before becoming Head of Road Safety Policy in 2012, and was promoted to Policy Advisor, Strategy Unit, in 2016.
