Thames Travel has launched the Science Transit Shuttle. Two services connect Oxford University’s science area with key locations in the city, and Oxford with Harwell Campus.
The operator has been awarded a three-year contract by the University of Oxford and it is investing £1m in vehicles.
The services continue also to be part-subsidised by the Science and Technologies Facilities Council and UK Research and Innovation.
Each service runs every 30 minutes Monday to Friday.
