Operators at the show were able to see how reviews are left through Trusted Travel Reviews’ driver app.
Managing Director, James Stokes, says: “We have had a lot of interest from existing operators and new ones, in the driver app. We’ve been able to demonstrate how useful the app is.”
routeone Awards partner, Trusted Travel Reviews, is the only dedicated review platform for the private hire industry. Its suite of widgets allows operators to showcase their reviews online, helping to build confidence and trust between brand and customer.
Users of the platform will have their own website, or profile page, within Trusted Travel Reviews, to help with organic search engine ranking.
Automation has gone live now with both Roeville and Don’t Travel Empty.
