Simplified guidance issued by the Department for Transport (DfT) on EU drivers’ hours and working time rules has recently been updated, further clarifying the rules in certain areas.
The updated guidance has been cleared with the original Members of the industry Stakeholder Working Group, including the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT); which continues to endorse the document. Details are here
