William Kay has been appointed Customer Experience Manager by Irizar UK. He joins from Volkswagen Group and has further experience from time spent with both BMW and McLaren Automotive.
The Customer Experience Manager role has been newly created by Irizar UK. It will capture the traditional aftersales element of customer support and dovetail into the sales process to provide continuity from the point of order onwards through the life of owning an Irizar integral coach, the dealership says.
Speaking on the development, Irizar UK Managing Director Andrew Blundell says: “This is an exciting and key appointment for us, and a positive milestone on our post-COVID-19 recovery plan.
“The new role is aligned to help us to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers by ensuring that we have the right resource to support them every step of the way throughout their Irizar ownership experience.
