Anita’s Coaches of Stansted has purchased its first Yutong in the form of a TC9 midi, supplied by Pelican Bus and Coach (01924 227722).
Delivery time was a key factor for Anita’s Coaches. Pelican was able to move quickly to suit its requirements with a stock vehicle, the operator says.
Within two weeks the coach had been painted into Anita’s distinctive metallic orange livery. That enabled it to satisfy a contract requirement.
It comes with the standard TC9 driveline. A Cummins ISB6.7 engine developing 320bhp is coupled to a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox. 37 half leather seats in a brown scheme are fitted. The TC9 is also available with a floor-level toilet if required.
