Nottingham City Transport (NCT) has renewed its contract with digital transport services provider Passenger for its NCTX Buses app.
NCT uses the Passenger system daily to communicate with customers via apps and websites. The operator “sees the benefits of Passenger’s products in many of our daily tasks,” says Marketing Manager Anthony Carver-Smith.
He adds that the ease with which NCT can disseminate information and interact with customers via the secure platform has “a huge value”, and that it is instrumental in keeping NCT’s services and customers moving.
Additionally, making it easier for bus users to plan and pay for their journeys has boosted NCT’s environmental credentials.
