NP Coaches has taken delivery of two further Alexander Dennis Enviro400 double-deckers, supplied by the manufacturer.
Their arrival lifts the Iver operator’s pool of the type to six, making up one-third of its fleet of large coaches and buses. The new vehicles have 84 fixed seats, each with a three-point belt. An additional tip-up position is within the wheelchair user bay.
Such capacity makes the Enviro400 a useful type for NP Coaches across various work, says director Jay Singh. “The Enviro400 is a real winner for us, offering high capacity that is great not just for school services but also for weddings and other private hires,” he adds.
“We have already been running the Enviro400 in our fleet for seven years, and this new pair of double-deckers further enhances our capabilities to respond to growing demand for our services.”
Alexander Dennis Regional Sales Manager Mark Taylor has thanked NP Coaches for its further business. “Britain’s favourite double-decker is a steady performer for hires and school transport, making it an ideal workhorse for a modern fleet,” observes Mr Taylor.
