To mark National Relaxation Day, Arriva North West and Wales handed out colouring books and pencils to local commuters, after studies show colouring reduces stress and boosts mental clarity.

Commuters also received an m-ticket offer for 10% off weekly or 25% off four-weekly tickets.

Lisa Pearson, Head of Marketing for Arriva North West and Wales, says: “Adult colouring books have been praised for their calming effects, so we wanted to put them into practice on buses while also offering our passengers a discount to brighten their day.”
