Ashley Brown (pictured) has been promoted to General Manager of Johnsons Coaches and Whittles Coaches.
Mr Brown steps up from the position of Head of Operations. He commenced his career with Johnsons Coaches as a driver and has spent over seven years with the business across two spells. Most recently, was credited for having led initiatives that “significantly enhanced performance and operational efficiency.”
Johnsons and Whittles parent The Coach Travel Group says it carried out a thorough recruitment process before settling on Mr Brown, with internal and external candidates considered.
“Ashley’s promotion reflects the company’s commitment to recognising and nurturing talent from within. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming the Johnsons Coaches operation, making him the ideal choice to lead the company into the future,” the parent group adds.
Speaking about his elevation, Mr Brown says: “I am thrilled and deeply honoured to take on the role of General Manager at Johnsons Coaches.
