Graham Vidler and Chris Nice will be running in the London Royal Parks Half Marathon in October on behalf of one of the coach and bus industry’s key charity partners – Transaid.

Founded by Save the Children, The Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics and Transport (CILT) and its Patron, HRH The Princess Royal, Transaid identifies, implements and shares local transport solutions to improve access to basic services and economic opportunity for people in Africa and in developing countries.

CPT Member and Commercial Services Director, Chris Nice says: “CPT and the bus and coach industry has long supported the great work of Transaid – our annual dinner charity partner – I thought the time was right to dust off my running shoes and give something back.

“Graham and I look forward to raising lots of money for this fantastic cause.”

The 13.1-mile event will be held on 13 October and you can sponsor Chris and Graham through their justgiving page www.justgiving.com/fundraising/cpt-uk
