Becky Gibson helped a customer who had a fit when getting off the bus.
Becky was driving route 66 to the Royal Berkshire Hospital. She got help for the customer and stayed with them until paramedics arrived.
The customer recommended Becky for Star of the Month and says: “I think more people need to be like Becky. She was calm, reassuring and knew what to do.”
Says Reading Buses HR Director Caroline Anscombe: “It’s a huge well done to Becky who really made a difference.”
