Homeless people in the Weymouth area are to benefit from a special shelter – thanks to a donation from bus operator Damory.
The firm is donating a vehicle to local charity The Bus Shelter Dorset, to be converted for use by local people in need.
The Bus Shelter Dorset was set up to help end the need for anyone to sleep rough in Dorset
Damory managing director, Andrew Wickham, says: “As an integral part of the local community, we make it our business to assist charities, clubs and schools in the area, whenever we can.”
