Ian Lloyd, a driver for Phil Anslow & Sons Coaches from Cwmbran, Wales, has been praised after he helped talk a distressed woman down from a bridge.
Mr Lloyd was on during his morning route when the incident happened. He parked his coach – which had one passenger onboard – underneath before he talked the woman down.
"I can't remember what I said to her, it was really surreal. The whole thing was an instinct," says Mr Lloyd.
"As I walked up to her she jolted as if she was going to jump and my instincts kicked in."
