Nottingham City Transport employees presented a cheque for £8,400 to Hayward House, based at Nottingham City Hospital, following a half hair or beard shave last month.
Organiser Andy Godfrey says, “Both of my parents passed away at Hayward House due to cancer, my mum on 20 September 2014 and my dad on 21 September 1998. Our fundraising was to thank the amazing staff who do so much for their patients and to enable them to continue providing care, love and compassion to other families.”
