Rebecca Reeve-Burnett and Ben Mansfield have both been promoted to new roles within Transdev.
Rebecca is the new Marketing Manager, leading the team promoting Transdev’s branded bus operations to customers across Yorkshire and Lancashire – while Ben is the new General Manager at Transdev’s York and Malton-based operations, which includes the firm’s Coastliner, Cityzap and York City Sightseeing brands.
Welcoming Rebecca and Ben to their new roles, Transdev Blazefield’s CEO Alex Hornby says:
“Both Ben and Rebecca have an impressive track record with us and are over-achieving young managers whose talent and commitment belie their relatively short experience in our great industry.
“Rebecca’s success in building up our unique app-based Vamooz travel product to become a highly visible brand across much of the country, named as the UK’s number one transport innovation at 2018’s National Transport Awards, is outstanding.
“And Ben has led our marketing and communications team to amazing success, including several market-leading projects which have not just won awards, but also created modal shift and growth in bus customers, including the launch of Harrogate Electrics, the transformation of Rosso, the relaunch of Mainline in Burnley & Pendle, and more.
“We are fortunate to have such dedicated and innovative people in our team, and I am delighted that both Rebecca and Ben will be able to demonstrate their skills on a bigger stage as we head into a busy 2020.”
Rebecca joined Transdev two and a half years ago, having previously worked for the then Buses Minister Andrew Jones.
Ben joined Transdev in August 2015 as a Business Support Manager, becoming Marketing Manager a year later.
