Reading Buses is one of 10 companies shortlisted for a prestigious award celebrating the best in diversity across Europe.
The Reading Buses shortlisting is in the Company of the Year category in the European Diversity Awards with the winner and runner-up being announced on 29 November.
The Company of the Year award recognises companies that demonstrate an holistic and long-term commitment to equality and have delivered significant progress in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Since their launch in 2010 the European Diversity Awards have become the continent's most prestigious and widely respected diversity event.
