SCP, the transport planning and infrastructure design consultancy, has appointed Mark Devenish as an Associate Director in their Manchester office.
Mark is a Chartered Engineer working predominantly in development planning on a wide range of projects across all sectors, assisting clients to gain planning consent and overcome technical highways and transportation issues.
