Southern Vectis has donated money from its Community Fund to the knitters at Lake Craft and Chatter.

A member of the group started a charity which supplies hats for newborns at hospitals across the country. With a target of 2,000 hats to knit, the group needed donations for wool.

Edna Morris from Lake Craft and Chatter says: “Although we try to use our own balls of wool, we can’t stretch to the whole amount. Southern Vectis has stepped in and donated enough for us to knit 200 newborn hats.”
