Tomorrows Travel has appointed Simone Biceci as Operations Manager in a strengthening of the growing Dorset business’s leadership team.
Mr Biceci joins from National Express, where he was previously Operations Supervisor. He brings significant experience from the wider coach industry and draws upon a military background that leverages structured planning and effective team management.
With Tomorrows Travel Mr Biceci will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support the driver team, and ensure that operational processes and standards continue to develop in line with the company’s year-on-year growth plans.
Speaking about the appointment, Operations and Finance Director Jason Cousins says: “It is vital that our operational framework continues to develop and is prepared for expansion.
“Simone’s experience across both the coaching sector and the military brings a disciplined, practical approach that will support our team.”
Adds Mr Biceci: “I am pleased to be joining Tomorrow’s Travel at a stage where the company has solid foundations and momentum. There is a good team in place, and I look forward to helping to strengthen operational processes.”
Tomorrows Travel was founded by former Bournemouth Transport employees Mr Cousins and Jay Thornton in 2023.
Its early plan focused on business development and growth, with second-hand coaches and buses purchased before the first new vehicles – a pair of Alexander Enviro400 double-decks – arrived in 2025.
