Irizar (UK) has welcomed John Grey as Area Sales Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland, and Emily Saunders as Warranty and Aftersales Administrator.
John spent 22 years in the truck and bus aftermarket, where he rose to Branch Manager level, before starting in coach sales in 2016.
After three successful years representing two other manufacturers, he has welcomed the opportunity to move up to Irizar (UK).
“The Irizar product is one I’ve always admired for its kerb appeal,” he says. “With the latest DAF MX-11 and MX-13 engines plus ZF transmissions, the Irizar Integral has the best of drivelines, too.
“I’m joining the company at a very exciting time and am looking forward to meeting customers old and new on my travels.”
Emily switched careers from working in the horse industry to being a service advisor at a large franchised commercial vehicle dealership in Leeds, a position which she held for two years, before her appointment at Irizar (UK).
“I’ll be making sure that all warranty claims are correctly dealt with, including booking Irizar service engineers to visit operators and following up to ensure all issues have been rectified,” she says.
