routeMASTER is a cloud-based modular telematics toolkit created by AGM Telematics. It comprises three components: Planner, Dispatch and Tracking. Each module can be used individually, or with others, to provide an end-to-end ‘back office’ solution.
Ease of use is one of the system’s main attractions, says AGM. It can provide tracker reports for vehicles over a certain period and it provides a fail-safe record of where each one is at any particular time, useful in cases where customers audit an operator’s performance.
It permits users to double-check the hours that drivers book to avoid costly errors, and it can also generate arrival and departure times from any location, which AGM says can be useful in the case of a dispute with a customer.
The system also allows operators to advise customers of estimated times of arrival at a glance.
AGM also says that it is committed to backing the system up. routeMASTER is built on the latest ‘Here’ premium mapping platform with maps updated automatically every quarter. All software updates are free for the life of the system.
