The busy workshops with a steady throughput of vehicles, operatives may prefer a fixed lifting installation to mobile column lifts – particularly if the space occupied is to be used solely for the lifting of vehicles. TotalKare offers both Two Post and Four Post Lifts with options to suit a variety of applications in heavy duty and light commercial workshops.

Lifting up to 5,500kg, TotalKare’s Two Post Lift is perfect for lifting mini buses such as the long wheelbase vans – such as the Peugeot CanDrive or Ford Transit 17-seaters – or long wheelbase vans including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter or Iveco Daily.

The big advantage of TotalKare’s Two Post Lift is the wheel-free access it provides, and the ability to operate the lift from either side of the vehicle.

Also catering for the LCV market is TotalKare’s Light Commercial Four Post Lift.  Available in 5.1 – 6 metre platform lengths, with lifting capacities from 6,500kg to 8,000kg, it can be supplied with lighting, jacking beam and is perfect for maintaining mini buses and smaller heavy duty vehicles.

For larger buses and coaches, TotalKare’s heavy duty Four Post Lift is perfect and can be tailored to meet your specific workshop requirements, with platform lengths ranging from 7-18 metres. Lifting capacities range from 16,000 to 33,000kg, and popular options like extended ramps, lighting and jacking beam are also available.  The Four Post Lift can also be galvanised for external wash bay use.

Prior to purchasing a fixed post lift, TotalKare will conduct a thorough initial site survey to ensure the desired lift is best suited to its planned application.  Installation is then carried out by TotalKare’s qualified engineers before operator training is provided to ensure the safe operation of the lift and that health and safety requirements are met.
