JMB Travel of Newmains has adopted the Omnibus software suite from Velociti Solutions to leverage customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
That will see the operator utilise Omnibus’s timetabling, scheduling, mapping and data sharing modules to reduce days of work into minutes, delivering major cost savings.
The solution will integrate seamlessly into the JMB Travel workflow, giving greater flexibility, accuracy and control and enabling the operator to adapt to future opportunities, Velociti Solutions says.
It currently connects communities across Lanarkshire via commercial, tendered and home-to-school services. Those include the express Glasgow Fast X1 route, which was introduced in January and runs between Hillhouse and Glasgow.
JMB Travel joins many other operators as a user of the Omnibus platform. The supplier says it is trusted by those parties and transport authorities “to optimise processes across every stage of service, ensuring efficiency and supporting more informed decision making.”
