Paul Clark Services (PCS) is now in its 22nd year of existence and proud to be providing quality engineering support the UK coach and bus industry.
The business continues to expand with the number of engineers increasing to meet demand with circa 120 engineers.
PCS client base has also steadily grown over the years along with a diverse type of work being undertaken, with the business becoming a ZF UK Services Partner almost three years ago and a very significant increase in the volume of support being provided to Cummins UK.
Significant investment has been made in both ventures, including diagnostic equipment and training ZF Testman and Cummins Euro 6.
Quality, environment and health and safety are a key part of the business ethos and PCS is ISO9001 quality accredited as well as having ISO14001 environmental and ISO45001 health and safety accreditations.
The business is now using BigChange, Job Watch app-based scheduling system to manage its engineers.
