Transport software specialist TruTac has entered the tracking and telematics market with TruLocation.
TruLocation combines real-time GPS tracking, remote tachograph downloading, accurate maps, geo-location, points of interest and driving style into one easy-to-use system.
It is a web-based tool that can be used anywhere, and it provides a 360-degree view of vehicles, drivers, routes and compliance, and removes the need for drivers to return to base for tachograph download, or for operators to log in to multiple systems.
TruLocation uses encrypted data transfer with minute-by-minute updates on vehicle location and TruTac says that is it “competitively priced.”
