Uno has relaunched its mobile ticketing app after customers requested more features.
The app includes the full range of Uno’s tickets available to buy as well as a journey planner which shows buses run by all operators and rail connections.
It also has a live bus tracker. Ed Cameron, Commercial Manager at Uno says: “The bus tracker is one of the more popular features.
“Our customers really love being able to see where their bus is in real-time. It takes away the anxiety some people experience when they’re waiting for a bus.”
The app has been developed with the help of Rise Digital Media. It also includes a bus stop alert feature, ‘buy again’ buttons to make repeat purchases easier and gift ticketing.
