Irizar e-Mobility is recruiting for a field-based Business Development Manager to become part of its team.
To help deliver our sustainable mobility solutions, the role will include:
- Identify and develop opportunities aligned to business objectives
- Develop excellent relationships with industry Operators, Transport and Local Authorities, and other stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop specification, pricing, infrastructure and charging solution proposals for operators.
- Identify, develop and promote awareness of the Irizar electric bus brand through campaign, media opportunities, conferences and exhibitions.
- Analyse the market and contribute to the definition of the commercial strategy in the territory.
- Prepare responses to Invitation to Tenders and RFQ’s and undertake contract negotiations as appropriate during pre and post tender phases.
We are looking for a rounded business professional, who is comfortable in the sales / business development arena, but also wider business skills and experience around account & project management. Other key attributes we are looking for include:
- Passionate about Customer Service, positioning the Customer at the centre of what we do.
- Good education, with the intellect to deliver “added-value”
- A great communicator with excellent people skills
- A good knowledge of vehicle engineering is highly desirable…..ideally with experience in electric vehicles
- Commercially astute, and tuned into the delivering financial results
- Prepared for frequent UK travel & overnights, and regular visits to Spain
Whilst reporting direct to the e-mobility Commercial Director in Spain, this UK based role will be aligned with the Irizar UK team.
Salary- some flexibility aligned to candidates experience, please indicate your expectation.
