Rapid progress is being made with the construction of Pelican Bus and Coach’s new showroom and preparation centre for Yutong coaches in Castleford.
This week work has finished on erecting the steelwork, and the centre is expected to open in November.
The site is close to Pelican’s existing centre, which also houses its parts operation.
With 250 Yutong coaches on the road, and says Pelican Sales Manager Bob Elliott “many customers are returning for the fourth or fifth time,” the new site will enhance the dealership’s capacity.
