Fleet management specialist FleetCheck has been selected by FORS to provide members with a dedicated fleet management software system.
The move signals FleetCheck’s appointment as a FORS Affinity Partner, allowing it to provide a FORS-branded product which assists members with legal compliance and/or contractual obligations, all with a focus on improving safety, efficiency and environmental protection.
FORS FMS is designed specifically for members seeking to demonstrate compliance with Bronze, Silver and Gold requirements. The software includes an online checklist that allows quick and easy access to the specific fleet data required for accreditation.
It also has a comprehensive data platform providing online document storage, an information portal and an advanced reporting suite.
A traffic light system alerts users to primary calendar events such as MoTs, service intervals, driver training and licence checking. O-Licence criteria are also managed, with FORS FMS providing a range of additional tools.
Additionally, a mobile app is available, along with an electronic version of the vehicle inspection process. That makes it easy to carry out walk-round checks, including a photo capability to report defects. All are imported to the FORS FMS account for complete transparency.
