Wormwell named as CMAC Chairman

Denis Wormwell has been named Chairman of CMAC Group.

Denis was previously CEO of Shearings Leisure Group. Prior to that, he held various senior roles including CEO of National Express.  

CMAC, based in Accrington, provides round-the-clock pre-planned and emergency ground transport and accommodation solutions, arranging over 1m coach and minibus journeys per year. 

Steve Turner, CEO at CMAC, says: “Denis’ experience and knowledge will be vital at a time of rapid growth at CMAC and will ensure that we remain fully focused in all our business areas as we continue to expand. We look forward to working with him.”
