Translink bus set on fire after hijack

A Translink bus was set on fire after being hijacked at gunpoint in County Down.

The police said: “It was reported that a number of masked men, one carrying a suspected firearm, hijacked the bus in Blenheim Drive before setting it on fire.”

It is understood that passengers onboard at the time were not injured.
