Private Hire taxi drivers staged a four-hour ‘drive slow’ procession in a circular route around Leeds City Centre from 0600-1000 on Monday (11 December), due to fines for parking in bus stops and missiles being thrown. 
As a result bus services became gridlocked.
The police ‘monitored’ the situation, but no arrests were made.
