Parrys International Tours of Cheslyn Hay has taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with an Avantgarde minicoach conversion, supplied by EVM UK.
It is built on an extra-long wheelbase Sprinter and finished in obsidian black. 19 reclining seats completed with diamond stitching, three-point belts, magazine nets and drop-down tables are fitted. The driver’s seat is finished in real leather.
Other specification elements include Webasto roof-mounted saloon air-conditioning, a heater duct, USB charging, a reverse camera with a seven-inch touch-screen display, a PA system, and wood-effect flooring.
Passenger entry is via a powered Masats door, while at the rear is a drop boot. Panoramic double-glazed side windows are fitted and the Avantgarde has the signature EVM front bumper spoiler with daytime running lights, and colour-coded side mouldings and skirts.
A chrome package is added to that. Power is from the OM 654 engine developing 170 bhp coupled to a 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic gearbox.
The vehicle was handed over to Parrys International Managing Director Dave Parry (pictured, left) by EVM UK Area Sales Manager Matt Thompson (pictured, right).
