Essex operator Fords of Althorne has recently purchased a new VDL Futura FHD2, supplied by Moseley (PCV) (01977 609000).
The 12.9m, two-axle coach has 57 Vogel Magnio seats with Prestige upholstery, and they also include leather headrests and piping, three-point belts and footrests.
A sunken centre toilet is fitted and that is complemented by a drinks machine and a fridge, along with a Bosch Professional Line multimedia entertainment system.
Power is from a DAF MX-11 engine developing 370bhp. It drives through a ZF EcoLife automatic gearbox with integral retarder.
