The new B11R-based 9700 integral for Fureys is a 12.3m model seating 51

Drumcliffe, Co Sligo operator Fureys Coaches has added a further B11R-based 9700 integral to its fleet, supplied by Volvo Bus (02476 210250).

It follows an earlier example delivered in 2016 and is a 12.3m, two-axle model that seats 51. It will be put to work on Fureys’ tour programme in Ireland and private hire.

Says Director Aiden Furey: “Our previous experience of its quality, operational costs and reliable support network meant that we had no hesitation in selecting Volvo once again.”

Bookended by the 9700s is a Jonckheere JHV2-bodied B11R delivered in March 2017.
