Scania Touring pair for Moving People
SHARE

Moving People of Oswaldtwistle has taken delivery of two Scania Touring coaches mounted on the tri-axle K410NI chassis, supplied by Scania UK.

Each has 59 seats in a black-based, half-leather scheme with three-point belts. USB charging is at each position and the pair also have a centre sunken toilet, a servery, wood-effect flooring, twin monitors coupled to a Bosch infotainment system, and dual fridges.

Side radar to detect vulnerable road users is incorporated along with a Webasto coolant pre-heater, and alloy wheels.

PSVAR compliance has been specified. That includes a lift mounted over the tag axle to maximise luggage space and silver LED destination displays.

The new arrivals follow other Scania coaches and buses into the Moving People fleet, including multiple Tourings. The Lancashire operator has previously highlighted its satisfaction with the model.
