New to Stagecoach Yorkshire are eight Enviro400 MMCs, supplied by Alexander Dennis (01909 551166).
They are for use on route X17 between Sheffield and Matlock, and their Gold specification includes high-backed seats finished in hand-stitched synthetic leather, ambient lighting, wi-fi and USB charging points.
“The X17 is a very popular route. It has been growing well over the last few years, attracting lots of new customers,” says MD Matt Davies.
“We wanted to make it even better and give Stagecoach Gold a little extra sparkle with these state-of-the-art buses.”
