Two lorry drivers will stand trial next February after denying causing the deaths of eight people in a crash on the M1 in August.
Ryszard Masierak, 31, of Worcestershire, and David Wagstaff, 53, of Stoke, appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court.
Minibus driver Cyriac Joseph and seven passengers were killed in the crash, involving his vehicle and two lorries, at 0315hrs on 26 August.
Another four passengers were seriously hurt.
Mr Wagstaff, has also denied four charges of causing serious injury.
The minibus was almost totally destroyed in the collision involving two articulated lorries.
