Rick Nugent Director and Senior Consultant at Foster Tachographs completed the Ironman Challenge on 10 September in Wales to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Rick, 55, is hoping the people in the industry he has been in for over 30 years will support him to raise his target of £4,000.

There are three parts to the challenge: A 2.4-mile swim in the sea, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2- mile run – all must be completed within 17 hours.

Gordon Humphreys, MD of Foster Tachographs says: “We hope that the effort and time Rick has dedicated is rewarded through sponsorship to make the pain worthwhile.”
