A former Cold War nuclear bunker in East Yorkshire will open to the public for the third year running this spring, with an all-new art gallery 50 feet underground.
The attraction, Visit the Bunker at RAF Holmpton, is concealed beneath what looks like a normal bungalow, and was once the emergency headquarters for RAF Command.
Its ‘Underground Movement’ art gallery will open in March with a series of exhibitions for 2018. Pre-booked groups are welcome.
