The Go-Ahead Group has partnered with Tranzaura to benefit from digital technology to streamline daily walk-round checks and maintenance processes.

The five-year association will move the operator away from paper-based records in a bid to enhance reliability, safety, and sustainability.

Tranzaura’s app provides operations and management teams with real-time compliance visibility and audit trails for all vehicles, using photo capture, dynamic reporting and real-time communication tools.

Go-Ahead has already used the system at its London depots and will now roll it out across all UK operations.

Matt Carney, Chief Executive of Go-Ahead Bus, says: “Our partnership with Tranzaura reflects our dedication to digitalisation, embracing innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve the way we work. By incorporating Tranzaura’s digital solutions into our operations, we will achieve new levels of fleet reliability and efficiency, creating safer and more reliable services for customers.”

Tranzaura was founded in 2010 and has worked in the UK bus market for 10 years.

Shane Mann, CEO of Tranzaura, adds: “The Go-Ahead Group and Tranzaura partnership is built on trust and an excellent working relationship, helping to drive higher standards for defect reporting across the bus industry. Tranzaura is proud to be able to support Go-Ahead in not just driving operational efficiency but also delivering more value to customers. We look forward to a continued successful partnership with Go-Ahead over the next five years.”
