Greenline Coaches says its recent acquisition of InterChoice Holidays will strengthen its presence in the West Midlands and enhance its operational efficiency.
The Stourbridge-based operator acquired the brand and assets of InterChoice Holidays in February and says the transition has since worked well.
InterChoice Holidays remains a trading name and some of the staff were retained.
Greenline highlights that its ABTOT membership provides InterChoice customers with additional financial protection.
“This strategic acquisition marks an exciting milestone in the 15th year of Greenline Coaches, further strengthening our presence in the West Midlands and enhancing our Groups department offering,” reads a statement from Greenline.
“InterChoice Holidays will now operate as a trading name of Greenline Coaches, allowing us to build on its trusted reputation while continuing to deliver the exceptional value and service our customers expect.
“Importantly, the InterChoice trading name is now covered under Greenline’s ABTOT membership, offering travellers the financial protection and peace of mind that are central to our values.
“As part of the integration, and to ensure greater operational efficiency in today’s challenging climate, we have merged the two teams into our centralised Stourbridge facility. We were delighted to welcome several members of the InterChoice team into the Greenline family and are proud of how smoothly the transition has gone.
“We remain committed to investing in high-quality, affordable travel and are excited to expand our group’s travel offering into 2026 and beyond.”
